The Baby Tilda Barn Dance

Tonight we arrived in Kent. I have brought Gabriel to Maidstone for the weekend so we can attend the #babytildabarndance organised by Jennie and Ami from Beebies Baby Store in memory of the beautiful Matilda Mae.

Gabriel and I are very excited to be supporting what looks to be a wonderful event, and not only that but it will hopefully raise lots of much needed pennies for the Lullaby Trust, which is a charity close to my heart.

The barn dance which is being held
at Egerton Village Hall in Ashford, Kent and will include dancing, entertainment, afternoon tea, a children’s play tent with face-painting and also lots and lots of fun!

I cannot wait to see Jennie and her rainbow baby bump, to catch up with lots of my blogging friends and to relax after why has been a hectic week! But, my uni work has been completed, (for now!) and I can do-si-do to my heart’s content without having to worry about it. Which is brilliant! It is also lovely to spend some quality time with Gabriel.
Working full (ish) time I rarely have chance for this and with all the studying I’ve done recently it’s nice to just talk to him, laugh with him and act daft with him too! It’s also Gabriel’s third Birthday on Monday, so a few treats in London on our mini-holiday may have happened already! Daddy is at home with Willow as we felt the journey was too long for her on the train. She can definitely come next time!

The weather is set to be beautiful. Baby Tilda always seems to make the sun shine! If you’re local to Kent then why not join us? You can pay on the door between 12-1pm. For more information please see Jennie’s post Hope to see you there! Watch this space for a full report of the day too!
